• Payment data: Processed by Dodo Payments; we receive payment confirmation only
• Usage data: Click counts on listings, page views (aggregated, non-personal)
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, referrer (for fraud prevention)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Display your listing on the public leaderboard
• Process payments and verify bid amounts
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Send transactional emails (payment receipts, outbid notifications)
• Improve the platform (aggregated analytics only)

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

• Dodo Payments: For payment processing (their privacy policy applies)
• Neon: Database hosting (their privacy policy applies)
• Netlify: Hosting and analytics (their privacy policy applies)
• Legal authorities: If required by law

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use minimal cookies:

• Session cookie for dark/light theme preference
• No third-party advertising cookies
• No analytics cookies (we use server-side aggregated logs)

5. Data Retention

• Active listings: retained while active
• Outbid/removed listings: retained for 90 days for audit purposes
• Payment records: retained per financial regulations
• Server logs: retained for 30 days

6. Your Rights

You may request:

• Access to your submitted data
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion of your listing (will be outbid first if active)

7. Security

We implement reasonable security measures:

• HTTPS everywhere
• Database credentials stored in environment variables (not code)
• Webhook signature verification for payments
